I highly recommend Locals Only if you’re looking for a fun night out with your friends or a place to go to get some amazing food. The food is delicious (especially the new food items) and the vibes are always on point. Locals Only is the place to be in Baltimore any day of the week!
The food was great. Good portions as well. Place was completely dead tho. Only me, my wife and the cooks. Lol.

Locals Only serves some of the best pizza in and around Baltimore—truly top-tier. The pies are consistently excellent, especially when you dine in, and even for takeout they hold up well if you ask for a crispier crust. The Brussels sprout Caesar is another standout, even if it can run a little heavy on the dressing. And for happy hour, the prices are almost unbeatable for the quality you’re getting. Our experience is really centered on the early evening, and that’s where things feel a bit different from the late-night buzz the place is known for. During happy hour it’s usually surprisingly quiet, which makes it easy to grab a table but also feels unexpected given how popular the restaurant becomes later. The “Locals Only” concept is clever, but despite visiting pretty regularly around that time, we don’t quite feel recognized as locals—something that could make the theme feel more meaningful. The music can also be louder than you’d expect for 5–6pm. Still, even with those quirks, we keep coming back for one very simple reason: the food is excellent.
If you’re looking for Pizza and Vibes then you’ve come to the right place!! The food is to die for.. chef Cory is an artist with his pizza! The atmosphere is fun and free and the bartenders are helpful and energetic! After 10pm the vibe continues with a DJ and nightlife scene! Locals does it all and does it well!
Food is amazing!! The pot pie pizza and burrata and balls are my favorite. Great service and amazing cocktails. This place has it all- a place to chill and watch the game as well as a night out. Check it out if you haven't already!
Such an awesome spot in fed hill. They have weekly pizza & sandwich specials which are so creative and delicious. The burrata pizza is a MUST. The bartenders are amazing & so nice. They have cool dj’s and are constantly having fun events, the nightlife is a great time. Time and time again they never disappoint!!!
Locals Only is a solid addition to the Federal Hill neighborhood. We ordered two pizzas, one burrata and one pepperoni. The crust was extremely hearty with great color from how they are cooking it. I was extremely stuffed by the time we finished + could have probably eaten just half a pizza instead. Cocktails were basic, but tasty. They don't have a draft system, but hopefully that will be coming soon. I'll definitely be returning to try this place again. 👍
Service was great! Bartenders were very accommodating and the food was amazing! Really good, thin crust style brick oven pizza (get the burrata!), among plenty of other choices. Really great menu as a whole!
Loved the vibe and aesthetics at this cute little spot. Our bartender was on point. The crushes were perfect. We ordered the smashburger and the mac-o-rella sticks. Both were incredibly delicious. The smashburger came with some very unique fries. Thick cut, crisp on the outside and the right amount of soft on the inside. 10/10 across the board! We will for sure be back for another round and to try the pizza.
